Directions: As a dietary supplement, adults take two capsules daily preferably with a meal. Please consult a physician prior to taking any new dietary supplements. These are used for a 30 day supply (60 capsules per bottle). You can swallow capsule. If you do not like to swallow capsules, you can un-twist the capsule and pour the vitamin powder in a shot of your favorite juice.
