Return policy
Return the product within 14 days with receipt (this is the date of receipt, which is known by Post office).The product must be in sellable condition. A consumable item return is not possible. This applies to products such as shampoo, conditioner, styling products and gloves. The costs for the return shall be paid by the buyer. After dissolution AFRO Beauty Shop will refund the purchase price within 30 days to your account.
All electronic products have at least one year warranty.

Remember to sufficient postage the package!
Returns that unstamped or are insufficiently stamped sent to AFRO BEAUTY SHOP will not be accepted by us. We also recommend that you insure the package. You are liable for the return. Your complaint will be solved within three working days.
Non-Returnable Products
Some exclusion for returns are the coloring books of suppliers, wigs, which are removed from the packaging and protective net, hair extensions, which are removed from the packaging and consumables that are already open, such as shampoos, conditioner, gel, wax, etc. These products cannot be returned.
